The GO-SW-5E is an unmanaged 10/100Mbps switch designed to enhance small workgroup performance while providing a high level of flexibility. Effortless High Speed Networking.

The GO-SW-5E features easy access auto sensing 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports with a LED indicator for each port to quickly distinguish link status and activity. These ports detect the network speed and auto-negotiate between 10BASE-T and 100BASE-TX, as well as between full and half-duplex, to get you the maximum speed possible for each device connected to your network, for faster browsing, video streaming, and online gaming. The GO-SW-5E also supports Auto MDI/MDIX Crossover, allowing you to connect each port directly to a server, hub, router, or switch using regular straight-through twisted-pair Ethernet cables.

The GO-SW-5E is a Plug-and-Play device that requires no configuration, so setup is simple and hassle-free, so right away you’re easily able to connect multiple computers, share files, music, and video across your home or small office network, or even create a multi-player gaming environment. 802.3x flow control on each port minimizes dropped packets when the port’s receiving buffer is full. This gives you a more reliable connection for all of your connected devices.

Environmentally Friendly.

The GO-SW-5E features D-Link Green technology, which drastically reduces energy consumption. If there is no computer connected to a port or a connected computer is powered off, the port will automatically enter ‘sleep mode’, greatly reducing the power used for that port without interrupting the network connection. In addition, the switch automatically detects the length of connected Ethernet cables and adjusts their power usage accordingly without affecting performance. This considerably lowers overall energy usage, which both saves you money and helps the environment, without the need for micro-management.

Extensive Layer 2 Features
Equipped with a complete lineup of L2 features, these switches include IGMP Snooping, Port Mirroring,
Spanning Tree and Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). The IEEE 802.3x Flow Control function allows servers to directly connect to the switch for fast, reliable data transfer. At 2000Mbps Full Duplex, the Gigabit ports provide high-speed data pipes to servers with minimum data transfer loss. Network maintenance features include Loopback Detection and Cable Diagnostics. The DIS-100G Series Gigabit Industrial Unmanaged Switches are equipped with a variety of port combinations including 10/100/1000BASE-T non-PoE or PoE ports, and SFP ports. These switches feature a robust design making them ideal for deployment in industrial and outdoor cabinet surveillance settings, capable of withstanding the harshest environments. Durable, Reliable, and Efficient The DIS-100G Series switches are housed in a highly resistant IP30-rated metal casing to protect the switches from harsh environmental conditions. The high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) protects the DIS-100G Series from unwanted effects when operating in environments with strong electromagnetic interference. The fanless design extends the life of the DIS-100G Series while also being able to operate in a wide temperature range from -40 °C up to 75 °C. For increased flexibility, the DIS-100G Series can also be mounted on a DIN rail or conveniently mounted on a solid surface wall. In addition, the DIS-100G Series supports dual power input which allows for a redundant power supply configuration to make sure the switches continue to operate in the event of a primary power supply failure.

Energy Saving
DGS-1210 switches are capable of conserving power without sacrificing operational performance or functionality by using D-Link Green 3.0 technology. Using the Energy Efficient Ethernet standard, the network will automatically decrease the power usage when traffic is low with no setup required. For environments not fully supporting the standard, DGS-1210 switches offer advanced power-saving settings including port shutoff and standby, LED shutoff, and system hibernation based on custom time profiles. The time profiles can also be applied to the PoE switch so that unnecessary power consumption can be saved during off hours. The DGS-1210 Series switches can also detect the length of connected cables to automatically reduce power usage on shorter cable connections.

Easy Management
The D-Link Web Smart Switch series is designed for easy management. All configurations can be made through a Web interface regardless of the host PC’s operating system. In the first installation, the SmartConsole Utility will automatically discover all D-Link Smart switches in the network, allowing administrators to assign IP addresses and the subnet mask quickly. It also allows simultaneous firmware upgrades to multiple switches, saving a great deal of time. Important management commands, such as download firmware or configuration file, offer a sophisticated method of batch operations for multiple switches.
