Robust design

The DGS-105 is designed with durability and performance in mind. The sturdy metal housing will protect the switch against accidental harm, while helping to dissipate heat and to reduce stress on internal components. The visible LEDs allow for an easy reading of each port status and speed, helping to troubleshoot connectivity problems. For a convenient placement, the DGS-105 comes with a wall mounting kit and a slot for a Kensington security lock to protect it from theft.

QoS (Quality of Service)

Despite being an unmanaged, Plug and Play switch, the DGS-105 is able to classify network traffic by assessing the 802.1p field in the Ethernet frames, and forward them out of its ports depending on their priority. This allows for a smooth integration of video, voice and data traffic without delays or loss of quality.

This desktop switch is designed for small offices and larger workgroups.

All ports auto-sense the network speed of the computers and hubs to run at either 10Mbps or 100Mbps. The ports also auto-negotiate between full and half duplex and support flow control. Expansion is easy through a MDI uplink port. You cascade several switches together through this port to get more ports.

IEEE 802.3x Flow Control allows your servers to directly connect to this switch for fast, reliable data transfer.

The DES-1024D features a non-blocking wire-speed architecture with a 4.8Gbps switching capacity, for maximum data throughput. It also features an integrated universal power supply, and per port diagnostics LEDs that make it easy to “spot check” for problems. With wire-speed filtering and Store-and-Forward switching, the DES-1024D also maximizes network performance while minimizing the propagation of bad network packets.

Enhanced Network Reliability
The DGS-3130 Series targets enterprises and metro Ethernet applications, and customers who require a high level of network security and maximum uptime. All the models in the DGS-3130 Series support an external redundant power supply to ensure continued operation. In addition, these switches incorporate essential reliability features to enhance network resilience, including 802.1D Spanning Tree (STP), 802.1w Rapid Spanning Tree (RSTP), and 802.1s Multiple Spanning Tree (MSTP), Loopback Detection (LBD), and Broadcast Storm Control. ITU-T G.8032 Ethernet Ring Protection Switching (ERPS) minimizes the recovery time to 50 ms. For load sharing and redundancy backup in a switch cascading/server attachment configuration, the DGS-3130 Series provides dynamic 802.3ad Link Aggregation Port Trunking.

Comprehensive Security Features
The DGS-3130 Series provides users with security features such as Multi-layer and Packet Content Access Control Lists (ACL), Storm Control, and IP-MAC-Port Binding (IMPB) with DHCP Snooping. The IP-MAC-Port Binding feature allows administrators to bind a source IP address with an associated MAC and define the port number to enhance user access control. With the DHCP Snooping feature, the switch automatically learns IP/MAC pairs by snooping DHCP packets and saving them to the IMPB white list.

Optimised for Video Surveillance
The DGS-1100 Series supports Auto Surveillance VLAN (ASV) which ensures the quality of real-time video for monitoring and control without compromising the transmission of conventional network data. Furthermore, DGS-1100-10MP, DGS-1100-10MPP and DGS-1100-26MP smart managed switches are the world’s first PoE switches with ONVIF support with optional surveillance optimised web interface. This allows it to recognise ONVIF devices and integrate seamlessly with your surveillance network. You can also access in real-time vital information on your surveillance network such as surveillance topology and device status as well as PoE power and network bandwidth utilisation. Various power budgets, support for PoE+ standard and 6 KV surge protection make the DGS-1100-10MP, DGS-1100-10MPP DGS-1100-26MP switches a critical part of your surveillance infrastructure.

Auto Voice VLAN and Bandwidth Control
The DGS-1100 Series supports Auto Voice VLAN, which is best suited for VoIP deployments. This enhances the VoIP service by automatically placing voice traffic from an IP phone to an assigned VLAN. With higher priority and individual VLAN, these features guarantee the quality and security of VoIP traffic. Bandwidth Control can reserve bandwidth on a per port basis for important functions that require larger bandwidth or have high priority. 

16-Port 10/100Mbps Switch for SOHO/Workgroup 10/100Mbps Unmanaged Switch The DES-1016D is an unmanaged 10/100Mbps switch designed to enhance workgroup performance while providing a high level of flexibility.
