The TL-SG1008 is a high performance Smart Gigabit switch that provides an ideal solution for workgroup or department Gigabit applications. With 8 10/100/1000BASE-T Gigabit Ethernet ports with AUTO-MDIX provides full bandwidth (Maximum 2000Mbps in full duplex mode). Easy-to-view LED indicators are supported for cable installation and normal operational diagnostics. The switch can be used a desktop or in a rack-mount.

The DGS-1100 Series supports Auto Surveillance VLAN (ASV) which ensures the quality of real-time video for monitoring and control without compromising the transmission of conventional network data. Furthermore, DGS-1100-10MP, DGS-1100-10MPP and DGS-1100-26MP smart managed switches are the world’s first PoE switches with ONVIF support with optional surveillance optimised web interface. Auto Voice VLAN and Bandwidth Control
The DGS-1100 Series supports Auto Voice VLAN, which is best suited for VoIP deployments. This enhances the VoIP service by automatically placing voice traffic from an IP phone to an assigned VLAN. With higher priority and individual VLAN, these features guarantee the quality and security of VoIP traffic. Bandwidth Control can reserve bandwidth on a per port basis for important functions that require larger bandwidth or have high priority.

With Ethernet and Gigabit copper ports capable of connecting to existing Cat.5 twisted-pair cables,
these switches eliminate the need for a complex reconfiguration process. The DES-1210 Series allows
for flexible connection to a backbone or servers. Additionally, all ports support auto-negotiation of
MDI/MDIX crossover, or configurable auto MDI and therefore do away with crossover cables or uplink
ports. This brings inexpensive and easy connectivity to your desktop.

Extensive Layer 2 Features
Equipped with a complete lineup of L2 features, these switches include IGMP Snooping, Port Mirroring,
Spanning Tree and Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). The IEEE 802.3x Flow Control function allows servers to directly connect to the switch for fast, reliable data transfer. At 2000Mbps Full Duplex, the Gigabit ports provide high-speed data pipes to servers with minimum data transfer loss. Network maintenance features include Loopback Detection and Cable Diagnostics. Loopback Detection is used to detect loops created by a specific port and automatically shut down the affected port. Cable
Diagnostics is designed for network administrators to quickly examine the quality of the copper cables and also determine the type of cable error.

Durable and Reliable Design

The DIS-200G-12PS switch is housed in a highly resistant IP30-rated metal casing to protect the switch from harsh environmental conditions. The high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) protects DIS-200G-12PS from unwanted effects when operating in environments with strong electromagnetic interference. Meanwhile, the fanless design extends the life of DIS-200G-12PS while also being able to operate in a wider temperature range of up to 65 °C. For increased flexibility, the DIS-200G-12PS switch can also be mounted on a DIN rail, wall mounted, or be installed in an equipment rack.

Additionally, the DIS-200G-12PS switch features 6 kV surge protection on all copper ports to help prevent damage to the switch and connected devices caused by sudden power surges and lightning strikes. The in-built surge protection of up to 6 kV can mitigate the damage to the switch from both indoor and outdoor devices and network connections by absorbing the excess energy while still letting the amount of power through required for the switch to operate normally. This increases network reliability, reduces repair costs, and removes the need for replacement hardware in the event of an electrical surge or lightning strike.

High Redundancy and Reliability

The DIS-200G-12PS switch supports ERPS quick failover recovery for ring topologies that ensures minimal downtime and avoids any loss of data in mission-critical deployment settings. Meanwhile, the dual power input allows for a redundant power supply to make sure the network continues to operate in the event of a primary power supply failure.
