The NC550SFP is an eight lane (x8) PCI Express (PCIe) 10 Gigabit network solution offering optimal throughput for a ProLiant Ethernet adapter. This PCI Express Gen 2 adapter from an Emulex/ServerEngines alliance ships with two SFP+ (Small Form-factor Pluggable) cages suitable for connecting to Direct Attach Cable (DAC) or fiber modules supporting SR fiber optic cabling.

The HP 2920 2-Port Stacking module is used with the HP 2920 Switch Series switches to allow stacking in a system of up to 4 switch units.

HP Common Slot power supplies are available in multiple high-efficiency input and output options, allowing users to "right-size" a power supply for specific server/storage configurations and environments. This flexibility helps to minimize power waste, lower overall energy costs, and avoid "trapped" power capacity in the data center.
